THE FIRST STEP
The First Step should be a statement of purpose or a goal accompanied by a plan
to meet that goal. We have identified some basics here which may be used in
everyday living. We have done this to remind ourselves that no matter what we
do in life, we are all the same. We need to find the right map, the proper
vehicle and the most important people relevant to our goals and work with them
to ensure a smooth journey.
We have identified some of these needs, in our plan to assist those who wish to
join us on our journey. Our journey has been defined, or visualized as a
result of our personal needs, the realization that others may be looking for
the same answers, and are moving in the same direction.
Our Plan
for you,
Above all else, we have realized that our success is determined by how well we
serve the needs of our members. Are we providing the proper tools to do the
job and will those tools build a secure and roadworthy vehicle to get you to
your destination?
Should you choose to come on board, we pledge our support throughout your
growth in product knowledge, health education and eventually business building.
Please consider your journey, where you want to be and if being a integral part
of Dr. Swope’s team might be the vehicle to take you there.

Goals - Explanation and Examples
Goals can be as simple as arriving at work on time each day of the week or a
complex as the desire to become as successful as a long line of accomplished
people in your family and amongst your relatives through generations of hard
work and tradition.
Each successful person before us has created a vision, recognized the benefits
and the contribution they would be making, made the commitment and sacrifice
necessary and reaped the rewards of a tried and method which has led them and
others before them to success.
Your success will be greatly influenced by your willingness to do all of these
things. You must start with a goal in mind and then plan to divide that goal
up into a number of smaller goals which will eventually see the realization of
your dream.
The goal you decide for your life must be your personal goal. You will have to
determine how that may affect others close to you, but it must be yours. You
may have to decide if your mate should be a part of that dream and help him or
her catch that vision and see if they will wish to join you in your efforts or
at least support you along the way.
Once decided upon, goals must be written down and reviewed regularly to help
you stay focused. Your daily, monthly and yearly goals will need attention as
well and may have to be expressed as a purpose, or as a mission statement. It
may be necessary to state that purpose or envision that goal, simply to help
fulfill a personal need.
For Example: A valuable personal goal may be;
